POLITICA DE ANULARE

The payment of the stay can be made after the confirmation of availability and the issuance of the proforma/invoice by:

• bank transfer;

• online with debit/credit card;

• POS in location

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.

• Reservations are confirmed in writing by email or whatsapp/sms;
• Reservations will be confirmed according to the availability of each Dor d'Ardeal Guest House (La Mama Anica; Sura din Joseni) and after paying an advance of 50% of the total value of the reservation;
• In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded in the form of an "Accomodation voucher" valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any booking with a voucher must be confirmed in writing.
• The advance is non-refundable in case of no-show or if the cancellation/change of the reservation occurs within 0-6 days before the first night of accommodation;

• Rates do not apply for holiday periods*: Easter Holidays, 30 November-1 December, Christmas (23-26 December), New Year (30 December - 2 January);
• Each person staying will pay the tourist tax in the amount of 1 RON/day of accommodation (both adults and children);
• Rates do NOT contain breakfast. Dor d'Ardeal Guest Houses: La Mama Anica and Sura from Joseni do not offer catering services.  
• Dor d'Ardeal Guest Houses: La Mama Anica and Sura from Joseni are in SELF SERVICE system: at check in Dor d'Ardeal complies with all the cleaning standards and during the stay, the cleaning service belongs to the tourist in its entirety (with the tools, products provided by Dor d'Ardeal)
• check-in after 4 PM;  check-out MAXIMUM 11AM; see Terms & Conditions
• Î Dor d'Ardeal accept pets. Tariff 50 RON/night/pet;
• Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas;
